Having experienced the pleasures of both a holiday in a Hotel and the freedom of a self-catering vacation in a caravan, I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed both in the past. Now-a-days, I have to admit that the relaxation and freedom that a caravan holiday offers me is the preferred vacation option. The added complication of a beloved four-year-old pet cat that travels everywhere with me, (alongside my husband of forty-two years), owning a caravan is really the only opportunity we have for a holiday. The best Hotel experience we shared before the addition of the cat to our family and purchasing our caravan, was during a weeks stay at a Spa Hotel that had an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, large steam room, powerful jacuzzi, beautiful gardens and a wonderful restaurant that had a modern, Restaurant Pager System installed.
