Retirement is a stage in life that many people look forward to. It can also be a time when there is a lot of change, worry, stress and upheaval.

Learn Something New – If you have always wanted to learn something in particular, now is your chance! Whether you want to take up a certain sport or want to get involved in a musical group like a choir or an orchestra, now is your chance to do this. There are often places where you can have group lessons in things like arts and crafts, as well as tutors who can teach you anything you want to know, from a new language to maths A level if that takes your fancy! Learning is a great way to continually expand your knowledge and if you have a passion for something, now is the time to pursue it.
